Prerequisites
- Participants should have working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including navigation, data model concepts, and basic configuration.
- Prior experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or other quote-to-cash or monetization systems is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with common revenue concepts such as products, pricing, subscriptions, and orders will allow participants to derive the most value from the discussions and hands-on exercises.
