Agentforce Revenue Management Foundation is a five-day, instructor-led training, delivered virtually and aligned to the Spring ’26 release of Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management.

The training combines structured lessons, guided discussions, and real-world implementation scenarios to help you understand how Agentforce Revenue Management works as a unified platform. Throughout the course, you’ll work hands-on with practical exercises that reinforce core concepts across the revenue lifecycle, drawing directly from patterns and challenges encountered in real ARM implementations.

How is the training delivered?

The training is delivered as a live, instructor-led virtual course over five days. Sessions are interactive and include guided discussions and hands-on exercises.

Is this training aligned with the latest Salesforce release?

Yes. The course content is aligned to the Spring ’26 release of Agentforce Revenue Management and reflects current platform capabilities and best practices.

Will I get access to a Salesforce org for hands-on practice?

Yes. Each participant is provided with a dedicated Salesforce org valid for 30 days to complete hands-on lab exercises.

Is this training focused on certification preparation?

No. The training focuses on practical implementation, design decisions, and real-world usage, not exam preparation.

Can this training be delivered privately for our organization?

Yes. Private and enterprise deliveries are available and can be tailored to your organization’s specific use cases and implementation stage.

Do I need prior Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience?

Prior experience is helpful but not required. Having working knowledge of the Salesforce platform is recommended.

What payment methods are available for completing registration?

We accept popular payment methods listed on the training registration page, such as credit cards, Bancontact, and direct bank transfers through an invoice. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the participant.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

You can cancel your registration up to 21 calendar days before the training start date and receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 21 days before the start date are non-refundable. This policy allows us to plan instructors, capacity, and materials responsibly.

Can I transfer my registration to another date?

Yes, in most cases. - You may request a transfer to a future date of the same training program. - Transfer requests must be made at least 14 calendar days before the training start date. - Transfers are subject to availability and are handled at our discretion.

When will I receive the joining instructions?

For virtual training sessions, joining instructions are typically sent no later than 7 calendar days before the training start date. If you don’t see them: - please check your spam or junk folder, and - Ensure the email address used during registration is correct.
